1. Acceptance
By accessing or using SLOP ROASTED, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. SLOP ROASTED is provided by Envisionary Design.
2. What the service does
SLOP ROASTED is an experimental browser-based creative tool that turns images, video, and text into stylized cover artwork. Features may change, break, disappear, or get louder without notice.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the images, video, text, and other material you provide. You represent that you own that material or have permission to use it. Do not use the service to violate copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.
4. Your exports
You may use artwork you export from the service for personal or commercial purposes, subject to any rights that apply to your source material, fonts, third-party content, or other inputs. You are responsible for reviewing an export before publishing or selling it.
5. Don’t be the problem
You may not use SLOP ROASTED to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, infringing, or malicious material. You may not attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
6. Third-party services
The service may rely on third-party hosting, fonts, AI text generation, media sources, and browser sharing features. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control them.
7. No warranties
SLOP ROASTED is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy. We do not promise that exports will be unique, error-free, legally clear, or suitable for production.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Envisionary Design and its owners, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or claims arising from your content, exports, or use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use SLOP ROASTED during the twelve months before the claim, which is currently zero.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Envisionary Design against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your exports, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms, suspend access, or discontinue the service at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
